Banana coffee version at open house. They use bananas foster coffee infused with their IPA. i taste a distinct rum flavor. Rocking the CLASH beers

*Coffee-infused Cannon Dragger India Pale Ale.
Appearance: Moderately hazed, deep copper-orange body with and one-third-inch, sustained, off-white head.
Smell: Boisterous, bold notes of coffeebean, but also citrusy hops, particularly pink grapefruit show the hops won't be nullified. Also, beyond the coffee and citrus, are the caramelly pale malt notes.
Taste: Pale, toasted, and caramel-coated malts with a medium level of sweetness. Then, there we go, the promised coffee. Fruity citrus, faintly floral, and resinous hop accents follow, but, then, there we go again, more coffee. But, the citrus and bitterness eventually overtake the coffee.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-plus carbonation.
Overall: As with Allagash's James Bean I had the other week, it is nice to see coffee-infused beers that aren't always stouts and porters. Cannon Clasher #3 is that perfectly calibrated morphine drip of sip, swallow, smile that throws up two middle fingers at you at the slightest inkling you might be able to put the glass down and stop drinking it.
