All Wisconsin sour. Fermented with domestic yeast and lactobacillus. Light-bodied with hints of berries, sour cherry and grapefruit.

Very excited that Sweet Mullets is offering sour beers on a semi-regular basis.
Beorn pours a very pale pinkish gold. Minimal head in my sampler glass.
Nose is not very expressive, some light sour whiffs and not much else.
Taste is similar to the nose. Light, light tartness, and bit of berry. Would prefer a much stronger sour kick.
Mouthfeel detracts from the experience, very thin.
Overall, not a bad beer, but not a great beer either. Always happy to drink an approachable sour, but this is really at the very, very beginning of the sour spectrum.
