Amber in color with a light body. We used milk cherry malt that provides a mild smokiness that compliments the sweetness of his beer

Look: Nice dark amber turning orange sufficient head and some lacing
Smell: malt and a subtle smoke aroma with a hint of sweetness like cherry
Taste: sweeter and maltier than expected... There's a high note... of dark fruit... I might say cherry
Mouth feel: soft, quieting and delicious... Carbonation balances well. It settles in..
Overall: well done... It drinks heavier than it is... and that's a good thing... When you're not in a hurry.
