Look : very dark brown with red highlights... Nice head and lacing is apparent.
Smell: roasted malted barley with a wiff of sweetness Carmel maybe Toffee
Taste: Mildly Sweet malt, with a loud round nut note... Toffee follows after a late hop drying sensation.
Mouthfeel: round and nutty malted goodness. Not bitter but the hop background balances perfectly. Alcohol is clearly present but in the background 5.0 ABV... It doesn't interfere with what's going on here
Overall: a delicious nut brown ale... well executed and unique... Nice attribution to the toffee flavor... Distinctive and contemplative.
