Description from menu, "Light-bodied with hints of fruit and spice. Made with 50% wheat malt."
Pours an extremely pale, slightly hazy yellow gold color.
Smell is of some wheat and sweetness.
Taste is neither a witbier nor a hefeweissen. No discernible belgian yeast or german clove and banana flavors. However, this beer is still decent. The two major flavors are light wheat and some moderate sweetness. Not a lot going on, but I do enjoy the wheat flavor.
Overall, I see this as being a witbier for the Blue Moon crowd. Refreshing enough to drink on a warm day, but very entry level craft.
