Poured from a 1L growler into a Night Shift Teku.

The Art 5.5 pours a hazy light copper color. There is a short lived white head, but there is a slow and constant effervescence trickling up throughout the glass. The smell is that of tart fruit. The flavor is straightforward. It is tart, but not overly so. There is a nice fruitiness to offset the sour. The raspberries come through at the finish. This beer has a light and crisp mouthfeel. It is very refreshing.

I like this one better than its cousin, Art 5. The 5.5 leaves out the mint leaves and is a bit less daring, but the singular fruitiness is nice and makes for an easier drinking sour.
