Disappointed with this one. I think letting it warm up a bit helps, tasted best at around 47 F
A: Slight hazing, nice golden/straw color. Very minimal head that dissolves quickly, no lacing on the glass.
S: Nose is straight up wheat, almost no indication this is a sour. I didn't really get any funk or strawberry, perhaps it was the overwhelming amount of wheat.
MF: Crisp, light bodied. Definitely makes you want another sip.
T: Surprised this was actually sour considering the lack of tartness on the nose. Tart, not necessarily sour, but very refreshing and decently carbonated.
O: Love Night Shift Brewing, but eh.. not terrible, just expecting a bit more sour funkiness.

Clear yellow. Nose is wheaty, a bit fruity, a bit farty, not much else. Taste is sour at the start, a bit of strawberry, sour apple, a bit lactic. It's ok.

clear, pale yellow in color. Getting lots of wheat on the nose. Taste is mostly wheat, some lemon and lacto. Very light in body and flavor. Refreshing on a hot day.

On-tap at Night Shift Brewing in Everett, Massachusetts.

A- Hazy golden yellow body, one finger white head with minimal retention, no lacing. Could be any other golden coloured beer style for all I know!

S- Wheat, lacto, pale malt, a touch of lemon zest. No funk. Smells especially tart and refreshing.

F- A bit of oak, lacto acidity (5/10), wheat and pale malt. Some lemon juice and zest. Refreshing for sure.

M- Medium bodied, crisp and well carbonated. Super refreshing for a warmer day like this.

O- Solid Berliner Weisse that brings just enough of the lacto that I enjoy in beers of the style. Drinkable, crisp and refreshing.
