Disappointed with this one. I think letting it warm up a bit helps, tasted best at around 47 F
A: Slight hazing, nice golden/straw color. Very minimal head that dissolves quickly, no lacing on the glass.
S: Nose is straight up wheat, almost no indication this is a sour. I didn't really get any funk or strawberry, perhaps it was the overwhelming amount of wheat.
MF: Crisp, light bodied. Definitely makes you want another sip.
T: Surprised this was actually sour considering the lack of tartness on the nose. Tart, not necessarily sour, but very refreshing and decently carbonated.
O: Love Night Shift Brewing, but eh.. not terrible, just expecting a bit more sour funkiness.

Clear yellow. Nose is wheaty, a bit fruity, a bit farty, not much else. Taste is sour at the start, a bit of strawberry, sour apple, a bit lactic. It's ok.
