Canning date: 3/15
Poured a light golden color with a 4F head in a Spiegelau glass.
Aroma- not strong. Pleasant pine, nutty.
MF- not very carbonated for an IPA. The body is light. I would have preferred a stronger
weightier body for the beer.
Taste: follows from the aroma: nutty, earthy, pine.
Finish: excellent. Crisp, lightly hoppy, spicy, clean.
Overall- a very good IPA. The body could be heavier, and the MF more carbonated.
Otherwise, the aroma/taste/finish are excellent.

Very good. Great fruity nose. Nice citrus flavor with borderline bitterness. To my tastes at least. Excellent batch
