Santilli is our flagship American IPA, named after the brewery’s street address in Everett, MA. Its recipe was voted into production by our fans in 2015. The next year, Santilli won the Bronze Medal in the American IPA category at the 2016 World Beer Cup.
The beer pours bright gold with a nose of grapefruit zest and pine needles. Begins with big citrus flavors and a light, malty sweetness. Finishes clean, pleasantly bitter, and crisp. A boldly flavored, beautifully balanced, smooth-sipping IPA for every occasion.

On tap at the airport.
Pours a golden to straw color slightly hazy with a nice white frothy head.
Nice lacing.
Nose is citrus, maybe grapefruit, and some pine.
Taste is really good. Citrus and pine. Somewhat bitter which gives it a “clean” crisp taste.
Nice carbonation.
Would recommend!

On tap at the beer garden in downtown Boston. Pours a slight hazy golden in color with hints of copper and a big white frothy head on top with excellent retention. Carbonation looks average. Aroma is pretty balanced with lightly toasted candy malts and critus and pine hops. Taste is much of the same, with grapefruit and pine. The finish is bittering, but nicely balanced throughout. Medium bodied, this one drinks smooth and creamy. Quite refreshing, and a good ABV for me. Very fresh and enjoyable brew! A classic IPA, displaying hop bitterness but offering solid balance. Cheers!

Look...darker copper and reminds me of a hazy Coors extra gold. A white frothy fine bubble head
Smell...Light citrus hop. Very faint with a grass wheaty tone
Taste...Grapefruit zest and some melon. A bitter bite t the end that balances pretty nicely. A bitter reminiscent of the beers I drank 25 years ago.
Feel...Very slick and easy easy to drink. Ample carb and lacing and not pulpy
Overall...This is def a well made IPA and would revisit anytime. Nice to have in the variety pack More of an ode to the IPAs of yesteryear and that is the story

16oz can. Stamp on can bottom is '43 02/28/25 06:41', about nine weeks in the can.
Partly cloudy, straw colored body. One thick finger of white creamy head, and this sticks around as a small bubble cap and reaching high ring. Leaves behind extensive horizontal rings of lacing.
Aroma of grapefruit, orange, and pine, along with a little pineapple and mango.
Taste is semi-sweet grapefruit and orange, with a trailing bitterness from pine resin. Caramel malt base is sweet. Bits of other flavors - pineapple, mango, green melon, and berry. Never too sweet citrus and a bite from the pine in the aftertaste.
More than medium mouthfeel. Soft texture. Hop bitterness is noticeable but no burn. Excellent carbonation.
Light in color, never too sweet fruit flavors, and a bitter bite for balance.

Smooth, delicious, not too bitter. This should be a staple in your refrigerator.

12oz can. Amber-coloured, citrus and resin AIPA. Nicely bitter with a solid mouthfeel. A little bit old school and all the better for that. Good stuff.
