32 oz flip top growler was poured into a stemless wine glass.
Appearance: A one finger head was poured that reduced to a puffy layer. It is a hazy pale orange color with good clarity and vision of bubbles coming up through the glass.
Smell: Canteloupe, honeydew melon, herbal, and spicy hops followed by caramel and toasted malts and warm alcohol.
Taste: You get the nice hop flavor with caramel and toasted malts. You also get lingering lingering bitterness and a slightly hot alcohol flavor.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, full bodied, medium carbonation, lingering medium bitterness, and warm warm burning alcohol.
Overall: Pretty nice DIPA. A little less heat and this beer would be better and you could get more hop flavor too.

Looks great, smells tropical, but taste isn't. Spicy bite, bitter, most of that smell of juicy fruit gets washed out.
