Poured from a 8/30 stamped can

It is a cloudy yellow gold to straw color. Big pillowy white head. Great retention.

The nose is great, albeit very grainy. As it warms you notice more pine and guava, or stone fruit like deep/rich fruit.

It tastes significantly grassy and piney, but subtle and smooth. Not punch you in the mouth flavors. There is some pineapple, and papaya or guava. Light toasted grains round it off with a slightly bitter finish. Very smooth.

Very nice ipa.

Really well done. Big citrus peach earthy dank hops on the nose. Taste follows with some earthy bitterness at the end that fades gradually. Mouthfeel is excellent, creamy and smooth. Really solid all around. This hop may not be for everyone, but this beer is really well executed.

16oz can poured. into snifter canned on 8/30

A: Soapy white head that settles to a lacy film. Body is a muddy yellowish, orange leaning toward brown.

S: Peaches, cherries, mango and cantaloupe

T: Huge mango, peaches, cantaloupe, juicy fruits, with just hints crackery malts. Leaves a sweet juicy fruity and buttery sweet finish.

M: Light to medium with a slightly creamy feel

O: This beer is excellent. Its insanely fruity, juicy, and with a sweet buttery finish. If you have a chance grab this beer it is dynamite.

from a can (8/30/16) to a beer tulip
look; pale golden, fuzzy, hazy, bubbles, 1 1/4" white head with minimal retention, patchy curtainy lacing
smell; big grapefruit peach earthy funky hops with some pine, passion fruit
taste; grapefruit peach, some sugary malt, sharp pink grapefruit finish
feel, crisp, bubbly, quite bubbly
overall; extremely quaffable tasty single hop bomb with just enough malt and maybe a little more carbonation than needed

Pale straw in color. Turbid. Fairly dank. Pineapple, Citrus, papaya and Pine. Think Galaxy light. Cracker malt backbone. Dry bitter finish. This is leaps and bounds better than Equinox.

Pours a turbid straw. This is not a pretty beer by any means. Terrific citrus aroma. Tastes of tangerine fruit and peel with some oaty grain. That grain note is really off putting though. Not my favorite of the OHTT series.

Struggling with this one, thinks it lacks identity between the citrus IPAs, the florals, and the malts that leaves a heavy aftertaste that no pineapple notes or deep haze can save

super hazy, poured into a 12oz snifter from brewery tap. smell is juicy and cirtrusy, but has a pine scent to iton the backend. Taste follows those same above notes: citrus peel, some juice, and a piney backend, kind of like Santilli. great beer, hard to believe all of this commotion is coming from one single hop. heard rumors that they will start canning this series, cannot wait!!!

One of the best in the one hop series. When I had it in the brewery taproom it reminded me of Reciprocal which has this amazing hop front and center as well. Grab a few growlers to go and enjoy it while it lasts.

A 5.6% IPA that is simply bursting with citrusy goodness. That alone is impressive enough. Between this and Whirlpool, Night Shift excels at these low-ABV beers. The nose is delightfully full of orange peel and grapefruit, and the taste matches up. Smooth, easy mouthfeel. Glad I purchased a growler of this from the source. I hope they make this one again and again.

A: Hazy golden straw like color. White lacing and almost no head.
S: Smells like a Trillium pale ale. Hoppy, peach, mango, very citrusy, its amazing.
T: Similar to the nose. Citrus notes stand out. Grapefruit like bitter finish.
M: Mouthfeel slightly dips down compared to the aroma, smell and taste. Has a bit of a watery characteristic. Moderate carbonation, slight bitterness, dry, hoppy finish.
O: Reminiscent of a Trillium. Very good.
