This new IPA sips with beautifully balanced notes of orange, mango, and pine, finishing crisp and clean.

Appearance: Pours cloudy and goldenstraw colored with a frothy head; a few shards hang around
Smell: Expresses the Azacca well - lemon, bitter orange, mango, pineapple and pine all come through with intensity
Taste: A hint of the biscuit and the hops take over; lemon, bitter orange and pine forward with increasing bitterness; after the swallow, the more subtle tones of mango and pineapple peak through, but the dominant flavors are the bitter lemon and pine tones, from start to finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: To me, Azacca is a good blending hop but I don't think it has enough complexity to make a great IPA on its own

I love Night Shift and their rotating hoppy beers (Morph and OHTT) but this one never needs to be brewed again; astringent, lacks a defined hoppy taste
