Belgian-style quad that pours burgundy with notes of fig, spiced plum, and dark candy sugar.

Pours clear, dark brown in color, with 1/3 inch head. Taste is brown sugar, figs, stone fruits, and Belgian candied sugar. I prefer Belgian brewed versions better, but for a domestic quad, this one is really good. Rarely take full growlers home, but this one made the cut, and I would get it again.

Tan head. Ruby copper.
Tons of spice. Figs, plums, candied syrup. Molasses. Lots of malts. Caramel.
Medium to full bodied. A bit too much spice for me. Otherwise solid.

Holy spiced fruit batman. This reminds me of a fruit cake. In a good way. The alcohol is hidden behind great spiced fig and stone fruit accents while the malt background supports the spice. A very drinkable quad.
