Top of the can provides a nice clear, ruby gold beer with a big white head. Bottom half of can releases some residual sediment that clouds the beer into a glowing dark orange. Scent is restrained, but contains aromas of sappy pine and citric fruit. Taste is a nice punch of pinecone resin that mellows into a pleasant bright grapefruit and tangerine. The beer feels lush and soft. Intense flavors with a great feel.

Poured into a Duvel tulip. Bottom of can says 06/02/16.
A- Pours a hazy medium amber color with a 3/4 inch off-white head that retains well before becoming a thick ring around the edge of the glass and a full sheet of sheer surface foam. Resilient lacing leaves a broken ring behind.
S- Pine at first that then turns to juicy orange and grapefruit.
T- Zesty flavors of citrus and stone fruit with an assertive bitterness that lingers. Resinous, grapefruit and dry but still with a good amount of malt presence.
M- Again, dry and sharp from the hops with medium carbonation and body leaning toward the fuller side.
O- Super drinkable for the ABV with great balance between the malt and hops. I'm beginning to love the new era New England DIPAs since they deliver such awesome flavor while being so smooth. The singles are good too, but I prefer the intensity of the doubles.

Easy drinking DIPA. West coast style in body and feel where the malt takes a clear backseat for a brighter golden body. Hops range from citrus peel to grassy pine. Balanced and full flavored.

Pine, melon, lots of melon, grapefruit pith, resinous, orange zest. Comes accross somewhat malty, and a little sweet. Medium bodied. Dry, piney, bitter finish that stays around. Kind of Midwestern style ipa. Really good.
