Hazy orange body, with a darker shade of orange at the top. A foamy large head crackles and leaves spongey lace.
Smell is a little vegetal, Colby Jack cheese, pine, musk, and grapefruit. The culprit here is probably the age, it was a bit over a month old when cracked.
Taste is grapefruit and pine--a classic, middle of the road IPA with a little stale rug and spent grain.
Tingly zippy and fizzy.

Golden, amber orange in color. Turbid. Getting lime, grapefruit juice and pine. Biscuit malt background that lets the hops shine though. Solid as per usual.

Now that we've been given the opportunity to enjoy multiple Morph iterations, it allows us to compare current and past renditions. The 8/25 version reminds me of a more balanced 7/1 version. Hazy apricot-gold pour with a small head. Aroma of peach, mango and guava butsts from the can. A real eye-opener that gets you excited for the first sip. Taste is guava, peach, apricot with a nice bitterness that makes the fruit pop. Finishes crisp with no resiny aftertaste; pungent mouthfeel from the citra and mosaic lingers for a bit. Another outstanding citrus-heavy IPA.
