Poured from a pint can dated 1/25/17 (obviously...). Pours the color of dark pineapple juice with a huge white fluffy head that sticks around forever and leaves tons of lacing. The smell is strong citrus with pineapple and orange up front and a great, fresh hoppiness. The taste is fresh citrus, slightly bitter hops up front with pineapple underneath. The citrus is stronger on the nose than the tongue. There is a spicy pine finish. The mouthfeel is thick body and smooth. A very nice IPA, although slightly more bitter and less citrus than I expected.

Golden Orange in color. Fairly turbid in appearance. Peach, papaya, pine and young mango. Nice citrus bitterness. Dry, grainy malt background. Hint of pineapple. Pretty good.

Can purchased at Fort Point Market in Boston, MA. Citra/Motueka/Columbus this time.

This one pours a bright and vibrant hazy orange, with a tight small head, and lots of lacing.

The aroma on this one is absolutely wonderful- mango, lime, lemon, white pepper, grass, and tangerine.

I absolute love Motueka hops, they add such a cool character to beers. There's lime and mango predominantly, with passionfruit and tangerine also making strong waves of flavor. The bitterness is cool, herbal and peppery, with a clean pine finish. There's no real malt character to speak of. This is delicious hop candy.

This has a classic full but soft NE-style mouthfeel- it's such a pleasure to imbibe. The carbonation level is normal.

This is absolutely outstanding, and stands up amongst the best IPAs made in the Northeast.

A: pours a slightly hazy marigold yellow with sticky lacing, foamy head

S: aromas of medium caramel, heavy pine and grapefruit along with citrus rind

T: very bitter off the bat, soon developing a nice tangerine, citrus flavor. Lots of caramel here and the base is backed up with plenty of bittering hops. Some candied sugars in the back but more caramel in the finish

M: creamy and thick body. Medium carbonation

O: overall a nice American IPA. Not overly bitter and a wide mix of flavors

Pours an effervescent gold with a thumb of cream colored head; hazes & becomes more amber as the can is drained. Lovely lacing & very nice head retention

S: Orange peel, tangerine, fades a bit as it warms

T: Pomelo, a little pear, a little pink grapefruit, a little papaya & mango as well up front. More grapefruit as this warms, a little pomelo, & mango as this warms, a little dryness & a touch of pine too. Finishes with pomelo, pine, dryness & grapefruit

MF: Medium body, slight carbonation but enough to push the flavor along, good balance

Super drinkability, one I would like to drink on a more regular basis. Cheers to jzeilinger for this one!

On-tap 2/18/2017 at Flynn’s in Mansfield, MA, served in a tapered pint glass.

A: The beer is a dark cloudy gold color, with a large foamy off-white head that fades slowly and leaves a very thick lace on the glass.

S: The aroma contains floral hops, fruity citrus and caramelized malts.

T: The taste starts out sweet with flavors of citrus and caramel. Then s nice piney hops bitterness comes in. The malt character is hearty but not too heavy and brings a good balance. The after-taste is slightly hoppy and slightly sweet.

M: Crisp and very smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.

O: Very tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, decent kick, very good representation of style, this is a very good IPA too drink for a long time.

Murky orange beer with a fluffy of white head that stands up like seafoam. The smell has a decent amount of malt and fruit with some fragrant floral notes. The taste is sweet with a bright citrus pop like lime zest. There is a nice bitterness that is nicely complimented by the malty sweetness. Nice lingering bitterness. Really tasty batch.

Great stuff - guess they change it up every release? This one's got Citra, Columbus, and Motueka hops - a nice blend of pith and pine, lots of citrus, slightly "dank" around the edges - soft and lush feeling, moderate bitterness and ample carbonation - really digging it...

16oz can dated 1/26/17.

Pours hazy gold with plenty of creamy lacework and a persistent foam cap for the duration. Aromatics are dank and piney with shades of cracked garlic and candied grapefruit. Medium bodied with a crisp mouthfeel. Citrus pith and pine resin on the palate. A lingering bitterness and some light malt give the beer some substance beyond the hops. Finishes with a sustaining bitterness, grapefruit pith, and hoppy resin.

Big IPA with plenty of dankness, pine, and grapefruit.

This batch has Citra, Columbus, and Motueka hops, respectively.

Pours a cloudy, nearly opaque deep amber orange color with a finger of creamy white head. The head sticks around for days, before settling into a creamy film resting atop the beer. The lacing is insane and covers the entire top of the glass.

The aroma is quite dank and earthy, with plenty of grapefruit notes not far behind. There's some pine and a hint of lemon zest on the back end.

The taste follows the nose. Piney and dank up front, followed by grapefruit, orange peel, and a good amount of bready malt. The finish has the faintest hint of lemon and lime.

The feel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Creamy and incredibly smooth. Finishes with just enough dryness to keep your nose in the glass.

Overall, a very good IPA. It's bitter but nicely balanced. Could drink this one all year long.

Hazy golden body. Aroma is dank grass and big tropical fruits. Flavor follows with grassy notes, hints of citrus and a dash of toast to slightly balance this hoppy brew. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, very drinkable. Another great entry in the awesome morph series.
