Lots of floaters in this pour. Deep hazy golden color with an appropriate head. Smell is citrus / grapefruit but not overpowering. Flavor is grapefruit and slightly tart. Good feel. Overall pretty interesting and enjoyable.

Pale, bright yellow in color. Hazy in appearance. Lemon zest and pith, pine and unripe mango. Cracker malt profile. Super dry finish. Fairly bitter and slightly dank. Medium bodied. Pretty good.

Can from Colonial
Hazy Lemon with a frothy white head that persists while leaving a good amount of lace all the way down the glass. Lemony citrus and grassy hops with faint sweet bread underneath. Pretty respectable citrusy beer.

Pours golden with one finger head that fades quickly. Aroma of orange, citrus and pineapple. Taste follows the nose with light crackers, earthy notes and malt. Very nice IPA.

Big fluffy head, 1 finger head that fades semi slowly, great lacing, murky lemon yellow color

Nose generic tropical, citrus, pineapple, Clementine soft orange, touch of cracker wheat malt

Taste big grapefruit, bitter tart grapefruit, little pineapple tropical, rind, cracker grainy malt and wheat, little Clementine citrus, into mild grassy and spicy hop, finish bitter spicy hop big rind

Mouth is med to a bit lighter bod, decent carb

Overall not bad, wish it was a bit bigger and more aromatic.

Pours a lightly hazy, straw to orange in color with a finger of white head. Aroma is lime, lemon, grass, and crackery light malt. Taste hits the same notes but ups the intensity on the line and grass while adding a herbal, earthy note as well. Clean malt upfront with a moderate bitterness in the finish. Medium-light body and moderate carbonation. Pretty solid but there is something about the flavors that just doesn't quite add up for me.

L: nice bright yellow, poured a nice head. Pretty hazy, but not turbid.
S: Acidic, lemon-lemon soda with crackery grain in the back
T: Get that citrusy lemon lime flavor up front. Midpalate is a mild bitter wash, not pungent but present, well-balanced. Finishes with a touch of sweetness, a honey malt with a dry cracker graininess.
F: Smooth, refreshing, albeit a bit thin. Carbonation is just right. A touch astringent.
O: Pretty good, not as great as some of their others, but overall a solid brew.

On-tap 4/9/2017 at Flynn’s in Mansfield, MA, served in a tapered pint glass.

A: The beer is a light yellowish gold color, with a large white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.

S: The aroma contains citrus, floral hops and light caramelized malts.

T: The taste starts out with a nice burst of grassy hops bitterness. Then some citrus sweetness quickly follows. The malt character is hearty but not too heavy and brings a very good balance. The after-taste is slightly hoppy and slightly sweet.

M: Crisp and a little smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is clean.

O: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, mild kick, good representation of style, this is a solid IPA to drink for a long time.

Technically not a "one hop" beer since Falconer's Flight is actually a proprietary hop pellet blend of several hops (I know Citra, Simcoe, Sorachi Ace at least)

Sneaky good rotation offering. Love it so much. Perfect cocktail of bright hops and malt. Heavy tropic fruit overlay with a lime zest linger. Bubbly on the palette

16oz tallboy, sample purchased at the brewery.

Beautiful frothing on top of a slightly hazed brew, this version is more clear than others. Big suggestions of lime pith, green tea, blonde tobacco, birch, and evergreen. Good malt base for this hop or should I say a blend of hops. Clean and the alcohol is almost not there, hint on the back end of the breath. Bitterness is where it should be, aggressive enough without destroying the palate. Mild bready / nutty flavor from the malt in the middle. Finishes on the dry side with another mouthful of hops. Perhaps the best yet from this series.
