Very cloudy making the beer look white/yellow in color. Small head but good ring lace.
There's a mild mustiness in the smell but this may be from the beer line. The hop is attractive and floral.
The base malt is light but full bodied. The hop dominates with a white pepper bitterness. The carbonation is subdued making the brew seem rich than it is. The aftertaste is moderate with a peppery tongue.

16 oz can dated 4/26/17 - last can in fridge after beer run to brewery a month ago or so.
Pours a very cloudy straw gold color with a one finger silky bright white head - very attractive look.
Aroma has sweet tropical notes like pineapple and mango atop come citrus notes in the background. The scent is a bit weak but it could be because I'm opening this so far from the canning date.
The taste is more on the citrus/grapefruit side I think due to a bitterness up front - which lingers to the end. It is odd the tropicals fade out. Low malt that is slightly sweet. It is a pleasant taste much in keeping with Night Shift's style.
Feel is clean and crisp and a soft. Feels like a Pale, though I can see it is on the low ABV range for IPAs at 6%.
I really like this version of OHTT. The hop flavor makes it go down easy - very summery feeling beer. I wish the tropical in the nose came out more though.

Picked up a can at Julio's. Canned on 4/26.
A - Poured into my Duvel tulip a hazy straw hue with a two finger white head that faded slowly to leave light lacing and a creamy blanket.
S - Aromas of creamy lemons, light orange/citrus tartness and juice. Little bit of crackery malts.
T - Taste is similar to the nose. Light lemons and some good orange zest. Some nice light bitterness, nice grapefruit peel flavour. Little bit of grassy hops, some doughy crackery malts. Very clean.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, good body, little creamy.
O - Overall this was a solid IPA from Night Shift. Not sure how much the almost 2 months affected this one based on reviews but still this was quite enjoyable albeit lightly flavoured.

Pours a cloudy yellow with a one inch white head that was fairly well retained and left blotchy lacing. Smells like incredible fresh fruit with a hint of pine and flowers. Taste is rather bland, all of the lush aromas are just not present in the taste, mild to moderate bitterness. Light bodied, watery mouth feel, well carbonated. There is just something missing from this beer.

Straw yellow pour. Med foam white head. Med haze. Smell is bit o lemon/honey. Not familiar with this hop profile. Taste is as smell plus a bit o dry grass to add a nice feel. Mod bitter but a good balance. Overall my first night shift an I'm not disappointed an looking forward to the others.

Canned 4/26
Pours a decent creamy bubbly 1/2 finger head that fades at a med pace, touch of lacing, very hazy murky pale grapefruit color.
Nose brings tart grapefruit and lemon, citrus, very fruity, a little citrus fruity pebbles, floral hops, lemonade, a little creamy toasty cereal malt.
Taste tart citrus, lemony, a little grapefruit, no rind though all flesh and juice, fruity citrus, a little lime and underripe clementine, a bit of creamy wheat and doughy malt, a bit of pith later, quite creamy late as well, a little grassy earthy hop, cracker dough, sticky drier finish, lingering grapefruit and lemonade, a little pith and bitter rind lingering.
Mouth is med bod, pretty creamy, decent carb.
Overall not bad, fairly light overall but enjoyable.

Pours hazy, pale straw yellow in color with 1/3 inch head. Taste is lemon, dank hops, and grape skin. Slightly bitter, light bodied and very tasty. Could drink this IPA all day. Another really good beer in the One Hop This Time series.
