Appearance: Yellow and cloudy body with a light head. Darker than other witbiers, closer appearance to a hefeweizen.
Smell: Banana clove mild sweetness followed by citrus and coriander. Love the combination between the different aromas.
Taste: Initial flavor holds similar consistencies with most hefewiezens (banana clove), but followed with a spice and citrus finish which reminds you that it is a witbier you are drinking.
Feel: Moderate to medium body which is fairly easy to drink. Very easy sipper, especially on a warmer day outside.
Overall: A quality and unique take on the Belgian Witbier. Many of the similar complexities with other aromas and scents that allow it to stand out on its own merit. Hoping this becomes more than just a limited brew!
