Pours dark. Thin foam. Peanut butter aroma. Smokey malt body. Light sweetness. Smooth. Really good flavor. An excellent porter.

How a Peanut Butter Porter should taste! This beer is close to perfect. I think that a lot of breweries make a mistake in making the peanut butter flavor a bit too sweet. Night Shift got this one just right.

One of the best peanut butter porters I’ve ever tasted!!! Smells just like gooey peanut butter. Creamy, roasty, gooey, and pure delicious. Superb. Buy again.

Slight peanut butter aftertaste. Not overwhelming.

Canned 9/16/20
It's always nice to see darker stuff from Night Shift. They're known for hoppy beers but can really shine in any style
Pours a dark brown with a finger of light brown head that quickly fades to a ring and leaves minimal lacing. A fair amount of particulate settles to the bottom of the glass
The aroma is very strong on the peanut butter, but it works. Salty, creamy peanut butter melds with notes of milk chocolate, honey, caramel malt and vanilla
On the front end of the sip, I get a nice solid roast with notes of vanilla and peanut butter. The peanut butter comes in heavier on the swallow, but so does the mildly astringent roast to balance it out, a bit of chocolate and dark malt as well
With a medium body and almost no carbonation, this is a very silky smooth beer. Not really decadent in feel, but the sweetness and thickness make it feel alive, finishing off dry
This was another good one from Night Shift. Not overly complex, but so damn drinkable. I could see myself turning to this regularly when I'm looking for a porter, despite the adjuncts

Poured into a 16 chalet canned on 9/25/2020. Pours a very dark brown with a half finger dark tan head that leaves thick streaks of lace as it settles. 4.25
Smell is peanut butter, chocolate, toffee, and maybe a hint of vanilla. 4.25
Taste follows peanut butter, chocolate, toffee, and some vanilla simple but really tasty. 4.25
Mouthfeel is bigger than medium, maybe a little dry, plenty of life, and at 6.2% ABV it drinks more like 7%, but is really easy going down. 4.25
Overall this is exactly what you would expect from a Peanut Butter Porter. I would drink this with my kids Halloween Candy and be a very happy man. 4.25

Very drinkable, lower ABV than other similar offerings. Nice color and pb aroma, mouthfeel not overly carbonated, aftertaste pleasant. Solid by the fireplace now!

Dark brown, but light passes easily through the glass. Decent starting head, but it dissipates completely leaving no lace at all.
The first impression of the smell is graham cracker, then followed by the aroma of peanut butter. There's a smoky element that reminds me of s'mores, but there's no marshmallow and just a touch of chocolate.
This is a bit of a novelty beer but it's still very drinkable. Lots of peanut butter. There's some chocolate from the base malt, but it's minimal. The body is neutral for a Porter, but the carbonation is slightly elevated. The aftertaste is more of the same.

Really interesting beer. Buttery marshmallow s’more smell and aftertaste. Not much of a head. Beautiful rich dark color. I really appreciate the experience. Would love to share and discuss:) Great effort
