This one pours a light amber/dark orange-ish color, with a small head, and a good bit of lacing.
This smells pretty typically Kolschy- slighty grainy and bready, light hops, honey, etc.
This is pretty delicious- Night Shift definitely seems to have a deft hand when it comes to these more subtle styles. I do wish it was a tiny bit crisper, though. But that's a small complaint, as it's got a nice soft bready malt backbone, and subtle hops that suggest lemon and grass. There's a slight honeyed sweetness here, too.
This is super drinkable, light and tasty, with a good level of carbonation.
This is pretty wonderful. It's not the best kolsch you'll ever have, but it's highly enjoyable.

Toasted grain, grass and noble hop bitterness. Some Pilsner malt. Light, crisp and refreshing. Effervescent. Somewhat dry finish. Super easy drinking. Could slug these all day.
