Pours hazy, gold in color with minimal head. Taste is big guava and light sour mix. Sour, light body, moderate carbonation. Loads if great guava. Another nice Night shift weiss beer. Will get again.

As of my last review, Night Shift became the brewery I've rated the most, with 27 beers. I'll keep showing my support for these guys and I know they always put out solid product
Pours a milky pale gold with a finger of white head that reduces quickly to a ring and leaves decent lacing
The nose here is pretty typical for the style, a simple balance of tartness and sweetness. The guava does not shine through very much in the aroma, but it provides a subtle funk
All out guava bomb in the taste, and it's incredible. Starting things off this has a subdued lactic tartness, with notes of guava and lemon. On the swallow, the guava flashes bright, leaving behind slight funk and lightly sweet malt in its path
This has a medium light body with nice tingly carbonation leading to an extremely refreshing drink. It finishes quite sticky as I expected it to, but it did not hinder the drinking experience because of the associated tartness
This was probably one of the best I've had in this series. I feel like guava is an underrated and underutilized fruit (in beer and everywhere else) so I'm glad to see it getting solid representation

Thanks for sharing as usual, Kevin.
A- Murky pond water pale gold body from the 750ml bottle into my wine glass. A tall fluffy white head makes it up to one finger high. Sheets of lacing coat the glass from a wide belt.
S- Sour lactic bugs, some good funk and guava which compliments the tartness rather well. Berliner+Guava, simple and effective.
T- Again like the nose but a bit of sweetness and more of a general citrus character from the combo of strong lactic and Guava. Grapefruit, wheat, lactic, Guava big slight tropical.
MF- Light body with medium low carbonation. Fluffy consistency. Tartness lingers but not exactly sour.
The name of the beer is direct and so is the flavor profile. A good Berliner Weiss base with a solid guava flavoring where the two do well for each other.
