German-style pilsner brewed with love. Hint of orange, melon and earthy noble hops. Pilsner malt. Highly attenuated. Slight bitterness. Drier, somewhat chalky finish. Nicely carbed, light bodied. Pretty good pilsner-like brew.

Pours a lightly hazy pale straw in color with a finger of white head. I get light, crisp, crackery malt and spicy and floral hops in the aroma. Taste hits the same notes as the aroma with a heavy focus on the lightly sweet grainy and crackery malts, light-moderate bitterness and spicy hop character balances this out. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall a tastyand easy drinking beer but by no means a classic Pilsner.
