Poured from a 16 oz can into a tulip glass.
Pours a near pitch black color with a finger and a half of tan head. The head leaves some nice lacing as it settles into a thin sheet.
The aroma brings notes of chocolate animal crackers, baker's chocolate, sweet cream, and dark bready malts.
The taste has plenty of chocolate and graham crackers, with some subtle notes of vanilla and brown sugar. Definitely sweet but not cloying.
The feel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Smooth and creamy, with a surprising alcohol presence.
Overall, a pretty good stout that comes pretty much exactly as advertised. It's a little sweet but there's enough balance to keep it drinkable.
