One of the best beers by Nighshift. Vanilla flavored juice bomb ( raspberry/orange milkshake). This one is to be enjoyed slowly and appreciate every sip - highly drinkable DIPA ( can't taste alcohol even at 8% ) , so be careful:).

Poured from a 16 oz can into a tulip glass.

Pours a hazy amber orange color with a finger of bubbly off-white head. The head is gone quickly, leaving a few cobwebs of lacing before settling into a thin halo.

The aroma brings notes of peaches and mangoes, followed by a ton of tart raspberries and finished off by a touch of sweet vanilla and earthy pine.

The flavor starts with plenty of citrus; namely grapefruit and orange rind, followed by raspberries and vanilla and finishes piney and bitter.

The feel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Very fluffy and soft with a creamy finish. Surprisingly resinous with a lingering bitterness.

Overall, a very good "milkshake" DIPA that is sweet but nicely balanced and quite drinkable. The raspberry and vanilla flavor take a back seat to the hops while the lactose rides shotgun and provides a smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Lots of people frown on lactose IPA's but this one is well-made and quite flavorful yet balanced.
