Our 61st batch is a trio of Chinook, Citra, and Simcoe. This beer is a sweet combination of grapefruit and lemon zest.

Can dated 07/26/18 into a tulip glass.
Slightly hazy copper with almost 2 fingers of variable density frothy white head with mixed lacing.
Nose is heavy on pineapple, dank and earthy undertones.
Taste follows nose, nice solid malt backbone. Finishes with moderate bitterness and slight acidity, bitterness lingers.
Medium bodied with medium-high carbonation, tongue tingles from the carbonation, slick finish.
It's a solid recipe that resembles the early 2000s rather than the late 2010s.

16 oz into stemless wine glass. Dated 7/26/18. Hops are Chinook, Simcoe and Citra.
Nice hazy burnt orange look brings nose of sweet candied tropical fruit. Taste follows nose and has little grapefruit bite at end. Feel is light. Overall a very good A IPA. Would buy again.
