16oz can dated 10/5/19.
Pours hazy gold with a two inch head of white. Retention and lacing is moderate. Grassy and pithy in the nose with shades of grapefruit and citrus zest. Medium bodied with a crisp, chaulky mouthfeel. Grapefruit pith up front on the palate with a very dry, chaulky aftertaste. Finishes with zero malt and a firm bitterness.

Bought a can at the Beer Shop in East Longmeadow, MA. The beer has a murky straw-orange color with a decent size head and thick lacing. Malty and biscuity aromas were apparent in the smell. The beer seemed a bit too bitter for my tastes. Definitely has some orange and grapefruit flavors but there is a dry bitterness to the aftertaste that seems a bit overpowering to me. Very crisp mouthfeel, however. Very carbonated. Overall, I enjoyed the appearance and mouthfeel the most to this beer.

16 oz. Can
Canned On: 10/05/18
Poured into a Trillium glass a very nice cloudy dark golden orangy color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy one-finger plus white head, which also leaves some pretty nice creamy sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, peach), nice diesel like. The taste is pretty nice hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, peach), pretty nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden very well, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a pretty tasty brew. Addictive! Orange Julius! Milk Shake! Glad to have gotten a chance to try this one. Thanks Tom!

There's a light haze to the straw-colored liquid. Frothy head which never completely settles. Good chunky spots on the glass.
The smell is predominately floral but there's also a faint earthiness to the nose. I pick up some buttery overtones as well.
The upfront, pale malt flavors are more powerful than the smell indicates. It is, however, overwhelmed by the straight up bitterness from the swallow. This creates a long, lip-smacking aftertaste. Excellent rich body with a diminished level of carbonation. Overall, the hop is more overpowering than I would like, but for those who like it, this would be a highly rated beer.
