A- Tallboy pours into a goblet with a hazy and cloudy yellow hue and a one finger white cap. The head rises up with a foamy consistency. Decent head retention leads to a small ring at the edges and that leads to a few large webs of lacing.
S- Who would've thought, the aroma is a hop bomb with plenty of strength and a hop profile that is fruity first with floral, herbal, raw green hop and citrus notes. Specifics that come out are notes of melon, papaya, peach, mango, pineapple, grapefruit and dank herbs. Moderate sweets suggested with hints of oats.
T- Most of what the aroma brought up transfers over and the raw/green/acrid hop level is converted for the most part into that nice NEIPA juicyness but still some remains meaning things aren't perfect here. Opens up with sweet melon, bubble gum and juicy peach leading into bitter herbal, onion, floral, grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple and raw hop pellet notes. Sweetness is moderately high but its not cloying as the bitterness cuts into that. Hints of oats, bread and whole wheat bread.
MF- A medium body with a silky smooth creaminess. Carbonation at a medium level and this beer definitely makes the most of those long chain sugars to provide sofness. Ends with a strong, somewhat acrid bitterness (the only major flaw here).
Night Shift has always been one of the more consistent producers where there beers almost never go over the top with the powdery, acrid hop notes. Here there is a bit of an acrid bitterness but the soft and delicate fruity hop flavors hold up and transfer nicely from the aroma.

Taste more kiwi hops, juicy citrus and white wine, little tangy, medium light bitterness, light creamy wheat doughy like, light pine and spicy hops, little tropical and pineapple, medium higher bitterness finishing with fair dry
Mouth is med bod, little fluffy creamy, med creamy carb
Overall not bad, good southern hop characters, good malt, enjoyable
