Pint can dated 2 weeks ago. Deeply translucent honey color with a small foamy head that settles quickly. Smell is kind of a fresh vegetable smell, not that common in beers but not a bad thing. Taste is also something like a fresh vegetable - maybe a pea or snow pea - with a hop bitterness. Feel is good, smooth but slightly off due to some pucker factor. Overall, this is a good beer but has some flavor and feel flaws that lead me to think this recipe should not make it out of their "development" series. I got it quite fresh, but I wonder if it might go downhill quickly with shelf life.
