Near black color with no light passing through the edge of the glass. Small head, settling to rim bubbles. No lace.
Great mint chocolate aroma, almost like a Girl Scout Thin Mint.
This is like drinking a Grasshopper Pie (Creme de Menthe, semisweet chocolate, and vanilla ice cream). There's a minty sweetness to the initial taste. The mint is the finishing flavor. It lasts a long time past the swallow. This would be a good dessert beer as long as you love mint like I do.
