Made a trip out to Night Shift about a month ago and I haven't really touched much of what I got there. Let's start here
Pours a murky, cloudy orange with a finger of off white head that quickly fades away to a small covering of bubbles, no lacing
Oh yeah, that's straight up apple pie in the nose. Fresh red apples, sweet cinnamon, caramel, and just a hint of wheat. Almost smells a bit nutty, I'm picking up mild pecan
A tart bite to start things off in the taste, followed by sweet apples and some floral hops that blend well with the subtle spice from the cinnamon. A nice balance of sweet and tart in the aftertaste, very candy like
Medium bodied and surprisingly still, this is still quite refreshing on a hot day. The subtle sourness helps move things along
This wasn't the best in the series, but very good regardless. I believe it was a taproom exclusive so we won't be seeing any more of this, sadly
