L = Warm amber/orange with good pulp level, 1 inch dusty white head, fades but supplies decent lacing for a pumpkin ale.
S = Vanilla, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, cinnamon and pumpkin.
T = Mild. Moderate harvest spicing and vanilla, excellent water. The base of this beer is promisingly good, but spicing is underwhelming. A coulda woulda shoulda brew... the fact that the water quality is transparent says it all.
F = Nice balance, neither sticky nor watery... refreshing.
O = Pumpkin Piescraper is close, but not equal to, the best pumpkin ales on the market. boost your spice level a bit, and you will be right there, Night Shift Brewing.

Appearance: Pours a warm amber hue with a medium-sized, off-white head.
Aroma: Notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove mingle with a malty backbone that adds depth and warmth.
Taste: Moderately sweet with a generous dose of pumpkin spice. The malt character supports the seasonal flavors without overpowering them.
Mouthfeel & Finish: Smooth and medium-bodied. The sweetness never veers into cloying territory, making it easy to enjoy sip after sip.
Overall Impression: A well-crafted seasonal brew. I always appreciate pumpkin beers that stay true to the style while maintaining drinkability.

had on tap. Pours clear, orange amber in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is big pumpkin spice and vanilla. Medium body, moderate carbonation, slightly sweet. Excellent for style. This one went down very very quick.

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a clear burnt-orange color with a small head of off-white foam. The head fades very fast leaving a touch of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is heavy of a cinnamon and nutmeg smell mixed with brown sugar and roasted pumpkin. Other aroma of sweet vanilla crème and maple syrup are in there as well, and with a touch of cracker and pie crust, a pumpkin pie like aroma is obtained.
Taste – The taste begins with a very roasty pumpkin flavor paired with spice flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. The sweetness upfront is more moderate in nature with some brown sugar and maple syrup, with a touch of molasses mixed in there as well. As the taste advances, the roasted pumpkin gets weaker while the sweet gets quite a bit stronger. Other flavors of vanilla and crème come to the tongue more towards the end, leaving one with a rather sugary sweet pumpkin taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is medium in thickness and creaminess with a moderate carbonation level. For the mix of sweet, spice and pumpkin the feel is pretty good and makes for a good sipper.
Overall – A decent pumpkin brew overall. Not the best, but good none the less.

Night Shift Pumpkin PieScraper
16 oz. can with 'Canned on 09/02/2022' jet ink label on the bottom
Served in a pint glass
Pours an amber color with dark orange highlights on the bottom of the glass. A decent head forms on top.
Whiffs of a pie being baked, vanilla and spices
Juicy malt backbone with with an apple juice sweetness. As the sip finishes there's an amalgamation of flavors like allspice, vanilla bean, sugar and freshly baked pumpkin pie or bread.
A nice seasonal offering from a local favorite brewery. A tad to sweet for my personal liking, the type of beer I'd have one or two of at a sitting and move on.
Cheers!

A lovely refreshing pumpkin ale. Delightfully crisp with a nice balance of spice and sweet. The aroma is delightful. Ginger and vanilla are the primary players in this beer.

Consumed 10/13/22
Orange-amber, mostly clear, pours with a medium-sized off white head, fades to a small collar
Pumpkin, pumpkin spice, touch of vanilla, pale malts, caramel malts, biscuit, some bread crust, low bitterness and basically no hops to speak of, light sweetness, slight hint of lactose, very light hint of maple syrup, lingering malty sweetness but really mild overall
Medium body, mostly smooth, medium-low carbonation
A beer with a name like "Pumpkin PieScraper" seems like it should be like drinking liquid pumpkin pie. But it is not. It is actually fairly mild and easy to drink, which would probably please the audience that would avoid a beer that tastes like liquid pumpkin pie.
