On tap at the Hidden Pig in Nashua
Hazy dark dirty gold color with a thin bubbly head that shows minimal retention. Lemony tart with bits of tropical fruits with a light bready base.

Canned 1/6/22
Sheesh, I couldn’t tell you the last time Night Shift brewed a totally new Berliner Weisse, not just one that’s new to me. This one is a blend of blood orange, guava, and pineapple. Now that I type it out, I realize it’s just POG juice with the passion fruit swapped out for pineapple. Let’s get into it
Pours a hazy pale yellow with a finger of off white head that slowly fades to a thin ring and leaves minimal lacing
This is just straight juice in the nose, it’s hardly even sour but not bad. I’m picking up on aromas of earthy guava, orange juice, lime zest, crackery malt, and pineapple juice
Thankfully there’s more of a tartness in taste, but it’s still not sharp. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting tart guava, pineapple juice, tangerine zest, blood orange, bready malt, tart lemon, and light grapefruit. The swallow brings notes of pineapple juice, blood orange, soft wheat, underripe mango, and earthy guava
A light medium body pairs with gentle carbonation, resulting in a crisp and lightly tart beer. Finishes mostly dry with a balanced sweetness
Well it’s not amazing, but it’s pretty damn good. Certainly not my favorite in the series but I enjoy it

Great example of a sour. Always good but this one is excellent. The blood orange and pineapple really zing.
