Amber color and cloudy. Small, tight head. Nice thicker webs for lace.
Belgian yeast smell with a minor whiff of pale malt.
Classic tasting Belgian Pale Ale--banana, clove, and the strong flavors from the Belgian yeast. Borderline thin with an elevated carbonation level. Balancing hop bitterness in the swallow. I would love to try this side by side with its Belgian cousin, I doubt I could detect a difference.
