Poured from a can into a snifter
Appearance – The beer pours a clear golden color with a small fizzy white head. The head has a light level of retention, fading over time and leaving a touch of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is heavy of a bready aroma mixed with lots of smells of green apple and apple cider vinegar. Along with these aromas comes some light fruit notes of orange and pineapple and a hint of strawberry.
Taste – The taste begins with a crisp cracker malt flavor that is paired with a whole lot of tart green apple, lemon, and sour white grape. At the same time there is a hint of orange and a touch of peach. As the taste advances so too does the sour, with more tart green apple and a bit of apple cider vinegar coming in. At the same time a touch of strawberry and a bit of must and hay join in, leaving one with a tart and crisp taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body is light and crisp with a moderate carbonation level. For the sour nature and the flavors the feel is quite nice and makes for a nice sipper.
Overall – A good and tart Berliner style weisse. This would make for a nice summer sour.

Nucleated Tulip
Look: Hazy Orange-yellow, with a white head roughly 1-finger in height which quickly dissipated into a thin ring.
Smell: Very light hint of wheat, with the traditional acid smell in sours. Peach and orange come through on the nose along with lemon zest. Very citrusy and fruity on the nose.
Taste: Lightly tart, what I would say is a perfect amount. Hints of orange, peach and very little strawberry and some of the wheat malt. the finish leaves some lemon juice notes and lingering orange with a hint of peachy-ness. Light hint of alcohol on the finish, completely acceptable. The finish isn't very tart either, fairly neutral.
Feel: Carbonation is gentle, Like slightly water-downed soda. It has a slight increase in viscosity than your average beer.
Overall: I like it, Its lightly tart and fruity, yet still retaining some of those wheat beer characteristics. I wish there was more peach and strawberry notes though, as most of what I got was orange.

Canned 5/3/22
Yet another entry in Night Shift’s Weisse series, we have one with strawberry, peach, and orange. These can sometimes be a bit weird, but this one seems to be a promising combination of fruit. Let’s ser what it’s all about
Pours a hazy pale orange with 2 fingers of off white head that fades to a thin ring and leaves minimal lacing
This is fruit forward in the nose, but not too tart. I’m picking up on aromas of juicy strawberry, orange juice, bready malt, lemon zest, overripe peach, and light apple skin
It’s a bit more tart in taste, but definitely a bit strange. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting lemon juice, sweet strawberry, orange juice, and crackery malt. The swallow brings notes of peach yogurt, vanilla, sweet strawberry, and orange juice
A medium body pairs with gentle carbonation, resulting in a lightly tart beer. Finishes neutral but overly sweet
This one isn’t great, but I wouldn’t call it bad. It’s definitely out there
