Appearance: Thin sudsy white head. Cloudy golden color, some yeast sediment in suspension. Plenty of streaming carbonation.
Aroma: Bread dough, a hint of lemon and citrus.
Mouthfeel: light and crisp with a mostly dry finish.
Flavor: lightly toasted malt, honey, lemon and a hint of citrus rind.
Overall: a pleasant and drinkable cream ale. The appearance was a little odd, as cream ales are normally clear and filtered.
