This was canned on 5/11/21 so it’s not the freshest.
That being said, it’s still smoother than 90’s Carmen Electra after a fresh wax. I didn’t want to go with current CE cuz maybes she’s older and a. JT more hairy and it might be tougher to get that smoothness today. Anyway, it’s falls a bit flat after some nice melon boom boom. Like a lot of things in this life, I would have preferred it to be fresher. But a taste is still a taste.
See ya.

Poured from a growler, filled 05/23/18 (Batch 4).
Poured a nice hazy golden yellow, with a good amount of sticky lace left around the glass and a finger head of bubbly foam that dissipated quickly.
The nose on this is all tropical at first. Ripe mango, pineapple, and tangerine hit the nose with force. Following closely is a hint of hop bitterness and booze. Great balance.
The flavors are a bit more subtle, but you can really pick out everything. The juicy fruits are more subdued, replaced with a nice earthy hoppiness and hints of booze throughout. Again, great balance, this is really well done.
The mouthfeel on this is awesome. Creamy, juicy, smooth. Sticky finish, but such a pillowy soft beer.

Really juicy/melony, not overly hoppy but still great amounts, extremely well balanced.

Very dank and juicy! Exceptionally smooth and juicy on the way down.
You can drink this all day and get in trouble being a DIPA at 8%
Hazy and slightly creamy I would say.

Pours a murky yellow. Looks just like carbonated orange juice.
Smell is insanely tropical, with oranges and passionfruit for days.
Taste is all about orange sorbet, garnished with some passion fruit. Mild, but well placed bitterness. Supremely easy to drink considering the ABV.
Mouthfeel is soft and pillowy, well carbonated for the style.
Overall... well, it's a Monkish hazy IPA. Great balance, easy to drink and just so damn tasty...
