On draft at Monkish.
Pours a hazy golden yellow, with a frothy white lace and a heavy lace ring.
Funky nose. Getting plenty of yeast , tart white grapes, stone fruit in the finish. Can tell this one will be dry.
Tart, dry, and yeasty. White wine come though again first, balanced with that yeasty presence. The champagne body and dry white wine combination makes for a really nice BA farmhouse profile.
Body is dry, light. Low carb but sharp and seltery.
