Half pour at Monkish. On draft.
Nice hazy golden yellow pour, with thin bubbly lace.
The nose is tart with only subtle earthiness. Bursts with peaches and lemon, balanced by a touch of funk. Very good.
Tart flavors, slightly sour with light acidity. Lots of stone fruit, with peaches standing out. Lemon peel compliments.
Light, soft carb. Sharp bitterness compliments that carbonation and this one rounds out well.

Draft at Monkish.
Hazy, lemon yellow color with foam head around edge of glass. Aroma and flavor is lemony, brett pungent, yet all balanced with a great mouthfeel. Bit of tartness that's just enough to make it refreshing. Wonderful saison.
