Leave The Office is a new mixed-culture saison fermented on third use nectarines from Masumoto Family Farms. Fermented and aged for seven months and then bottle conditioned for four months in corked & caged 750ml bottles. Bright and lively, with subtle fruit and mineral notes and a soft acidity.
