Blend of saisons consisting of an oak fermented saison with our house mixed culture of wild yeast and bacteria and a stainless steel fermented saison with a different blend of saison yeasts and brettanomyces.

Very solid blended saison w/ Brett. Monkish shows their colors by weighing in the Belgian ales. I remember visiting the first month they opened and it was almost all Belgian styles. Keep the lights on with the IPAs, I’ll be looking for the Belgian ales. Cheers
