Collaboration with Oxbow Brewing Company
A mixed-fermentation saison we brewed last May with the same recipe as our collab pilsner, Bizoot. But this time with a blend of saison yeasts and our house mixed culture. Bottle conditioned in 750ml cork & caged champagne bottles. Lively, bright, earthy funk, restrained acidity.

This one pours a somewhat hazy orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like grassy funk, orange rind, lemon peel, citrusy funk, and a bit of wine.
This is a little bit flat and lightly flavored, but the flavors that are there are very nice. I get a touch of citrus and lemon, a little bit of floral and grassy flavors, and a nice crisp flavor on the back end.
This is light bodied, and crisp, with a fairly decentl level of drinkability.
I've had better wild beers from Monkish, but this wasn't too bad.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
