Brewed in collaboration with de Garde Brewing.
Double dry-hopped Double IPA with a load of wet/fresh Amarillo hops (picked within 24hrs) added in our mash tun which we used as a hop back. We ran the wort hot through the bed of fresh hops before chilling it into the fermenter. Then double dry-hopped with Citra, (hand-selected) Nelson Sauvin & Riwaka.

Hazy grapefruit juice. Citrusy and light white wine hop aroma and flavor. Juicy. Good balance with little to no bitterness. Medium bodied and creamy smooth.

On tap, looks like orange juice in the glass. Smell offers a big hit of tangerine and tropical fruits. As the beer warms, catty dank comes in. Taste follows. Fantastic.

2022 Batch! Sweet tropical hoppy, slightly earthy, and hint of lemony-citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a slightly malty, earthy hoppy, and citrus bitter finish. This is so juicy-soft on the palate and looks great! This is delicious!

2021. Cloudy golden yellow body. Big citrus and grapefruit, with a big floral and herbal bite. Medium lighter caramel. Burns a bit much on the backend, likely too green. Medium body and soft carbonation. It seemed too green, but the couple other cans I've had over a month since haven't really eased up on the heat and astringency. For me, a swing and a miss.

16oz can served in a big snifter. Dated 092921. Received from @Beersnake1 in a LIF associated with NBS BIF #14.
Pours pale yellow, very hazy, medium to small head. Moderate slow carbonation. Smell is nectarine and melon, a little bit of a fresh cut vegetation aroma.
Taste is very nice. A little mango, unripe nectarine or apricot (including a green bitterness), lots of resin. Juiciness and creaminess that makes me think of orange julius. Fairly strong bitter aftertaste eventually builds up.
Mouthfeel is smooth and almost creamy. Overall, very nice beer.

Pours a completely opaque, sludgy, matte orange color. Thick, active off-white head builds on the beer and then steadily dissipates, ultimately leaving no residual head.
Aroma has notes of pineapple, citrus, pine, pine needles, grass and a touch of woody, herbal notes.
Taste follows the nose with notes of pineapple, pine, pine needles, sap, citrus, mango. Its an interesting IPA because its clearly a NE style IPA, but its not fruit forward at all - instead the pine drives this one giving it more of a throwback flavor profile. There is some sweetness, but if very mild and gets balanced out with the bitterness. The finish has a decent amount of hop bitterness coming through and lingering into the finish.
Feel is medium to fuller bodied. Smooth, moderate carbonation.
Overall this is a really nice IPA - very enjoyable.

Canned 3 days ago. Poured from fridge temp. Pours a nice murky orange with a good amount of while head.
Nose: bursting with complexity. grapefruit peel, pine needles, tree sap, pineapple, lots of mango, a touch of skunk, and grass. Distinct, robust, and inviting. Can't wait to taste this one.
Taste: Wow. Bitter up front. Hops all the way. Resin, citrus peel, crab apple, leather, unripe grapefruit, and a nice sweetness that overlays everything. Refreshing and very flavorful.
Mouthfeel and Overall: Light to medium bodied. Vibrant on the palate, and a nice long aftertaste. This is a great IPA and definitely worth seeking out.
