Farmhouse-ish table saison aged in an American oak foudre for 3 months and bottle conditioned in corked and caged green bottles for 6 months. A collaboration with The Masonry Pizza and inspired by Jester King Brewery’s Le Petit Prince.

This one pours a hazy-ish golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like stone fruit, oak, and white wine.
This is simple stuff, but very nice. There's some nice citrusy/stone fruit-y funk, with a touch of oak and white. It's all well balanced.
This is light bodied, crisp, and clean, with a great drinkability.
Monkish remains quite underrated for basically anything that's not an IPA.
