Canned on 11/15/2023; consumed on 1/11/2024
Pours an opaque, milky pale gold body capped with multiple fingers of fluffy, white foam; solid head retention leaves a slim layer of cap, modest, frothy collar, and generous projection of spotty lacing spread around the walls of the glass.
Aromas bring fresh orange slices, ripe peach, and apricot zest, with a waxy, dank undercurrent reaching toward touches of honeyed white grape as accents of guava rind and earthy resins flow.
Taste shows mango and sweeter peach upfront, with apricot pith offering a softer contrast to dank white grape past the mid-palate and a touch of musty honey lingering on the back end of the profile.
Mouthfeel features a body on the fuller end of medium and an easygoing, moderate carbonation; taut juiciness underscores delicately prickly bitterness emerging over the mid-palate and through the back end, leaving a slight, resinous gloss on the swallow.
Rounded presentation engages steady citrus contrasting sweeter stone fruit edges and dank subtext; an effortlessly executed TIPA.

A NEIPA - a bit chalky, but very fruity, citrus and stone fruits. ABV is well hidden. Looks like orange juice. A very hop intensive aroma of citrus and resin.

Canned 1/11/23.
L: Pours a super opaque yellow with a short but fluffy white head that thins on top but not around the glass. Minimal lacing.
S: Aromas of orange, peach, tangerine, pineapple, melon, and mango.
T: Pineapple and mango up front, citrus in the middle, with an herbal dry and slightly bitter finish. Incredibly smooth for the ABV; no heat at all.
F: Medium mouthfeel and carbonation. A bit sticky.
O: An extremely well-made hazy TIPA. Checks all the citrus/tropical boxes without sweetness or heat.

Three months old. Can to wine glass.
L: Pours a milky pale yellow with a big foamy head that leaves plenty of lacing. No floaters.
S: Strong notes of candied orange and tangerine. Sweet and slightly alcoholic.
T: Ripe mango and pineapple paired with candied citrus fruits and fermented white grapes. Quite herbal. Sweet (but not overly so) and slightly bitter.
F: Very juicy with a medium carbonation. Minimally sharp.
O: Not your typical Monkish IPA, but definitely a very good one. The citrusy and tropical notes complement each other very nicely with the herbal hints adding an extra layer. Not too sweet, not too bitter. Great stuff.

Can. Hazy sunset gold. White head.
Way too boozey, way to green. Hop bite finish. This was just way too tough to drink. Floral and pine. Some tropical fruits.

Sweet pineapple tropical hoppy, hint of stonefruit, and hint of earthy galaxy nose on this one! Taste follows with a soft and delicious, pineapple juicy, and earthy hoppy bitter finish. I'm not the biggest galaxy fan, but this is well done! And, even though, a little booziness peeks out as it warms, it keeps it contained and enjoyable. This is really good!
