Canned on 12/28/2022; consumed on 2/4/2023
Pours a turbid, glossy, milky straw-gold body caped with three fingers of fluffy, soapy, eggshell-white foam; great head retention leaves ¾ of a finger of dense, soapy cap, moderate, creamy collar, and a comprehensive display of webby, sudsy lacing strewn across the walls of the glass.
Aroma bursts with peach flesh, passionfruit, and wisps of potent, waxy white grape essence in the backdrop upfront; sticky mango eases to a tinge of jackfruit and papaya while leaving lime potpourri wafting over the closing aspect.
Taste brings dank white grape and mango pith, with secondary botws of peach detailing slight lime accents through the mid-palate as the profile fades into mossy resins and guava peel.
Mouthfeel shows a medium body and a rounded, moderate-high carbonation; a creamy fluff settles to a resinous glide as a touch of hoppy grit establishes past the mid-palate and a hint of stickiness crosses an otherwise juicy finish.
A comprehensive, even-tempered hop amalgam showcasing the rounded, full-form Monkish experience; fully structured and awash in dankly earthy, fruity saturation.

Sweet tropical hoppy, slightly malty, and hint of grassy, grapefruit-citrus boozy nose on this one! Taste follows exactly with that grassy grapefruit bitterness on the swallow. As it warms, some slight boozy citrus lingers a bit...almost gin-like. This is nice and soft on the palate...good!
