Red Curb Therapy pours a gorgeous pineapple, orange juice look and color. Big head that went away quick. Smells slightly light of pineapple, orange and grapefruit juices and tastes pretty much follows the nose. And then has a hint of alcohol on the back end with a little bitterness. Smooth and creamy it drinks well and Overall an excellent juice bomb. A 16 ounce can dated 060221SLAPPY. Thanks for sharing @RaulMondesi

Canned on 6/2/21; consumed on 6/30/21
Pours an opaque, pale lemon-gold body topped with about a finger of creamy, white foam; decent head retention leaves a sliver of cap along with a fluffy, medium-sized collar and thin veils of webby lacing caked to the walls of the glass.
Aroma opens with a concentrated amalgam of vivid, bright tropical citrus; tangerine, weedy lychee, guava, and orange zest all present with varying levels of prominence as a touch of bready malt brings a pumpernickel spice over the middle, while tinges of mossy resins and light oregano develop into peach skins and stewed blueberry lingering in the backdrop and through the close.
Taste contrasts dank lemon with mossy, bright orange and clementine upfront as pumpernickel spice via bready malts develop towards gritty gooseberry and musty peach on the back end, with dank blueberry coming through in spots on the finish.
Mouthfeel brings a medium-light body edged with fluffy prickles of carbonation, dispersing over time a plush grit into a steadily juicy texture peaking over the mid-palate; a background bitterness is barely perceptible against the glistening resins present into the finish, riding a zesty hop twang as a conduct towards a most appealing expression of ideal quasi-hop acidity.
An extensively toned and bright NEIPA, revealing a torrent of level hoppy zest to both challenge the palate and leave an end result entirely consumable; a pinnacle point of the Monkish IPA, balanced and vivacious in character.

Sweet candy fruity, tropical hoppy, and lemony-orange citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a sweet lemon candy hoppy and subdued citrus bitter finish. Motueka and Idaho Gem are playing well together here. This feels great and is so soft on the palate...fantastic!

Raul has been there and he has been here. Professional says this and professional says that. But guess what? Raul is in charge now and he’s running the show like that red head chick during the Rose parade. All that being said, this beer is fire like a cave man farting and lighting a match.
I’m out.
