Canned on 10/27/22; consumed on 11/30/22

Pours a milky, radioactive gold body capped with a half-finger of creamy, off-white foam, fading quickly to a slight veil of cap, thin, frothy collar, and a sparse walling of soapy lacing caked tentatively to the walls of the glass.

Aromas of grapefruit and bright, freshly-squeezed orange juice are contrasted with touches of musky lime, while edges of strawberry find papaya and fleeting sensations of dank white grape developing over time.

Taste highlights mushy strawberry and a waxy dank fade upfront, with white grape accents easing to grapefruit peel and increasingly dank peach undertones projecting resinous stone fruit through the back end of the profile.

Mouthfeel brings a medium body and a moderate carbonation, imparting slick resins carrying a light booziness effortlessly through the mid-palate; pseudo-creamy textures develop into the back end as a wispy grit offers a vague bittering to the finish.

A TIPA carrying its weight evenly while dank and approachably nuanced; nothing bombastic or overtly intense, just quality hop layering; a classic sort of Monkish balance.

Sweet tropical hoppy, white wine grape, and lemony-grapefruit citrus-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a beautiful, dank hoppy and lemon-orange citrus bitter finish...I think Motueka is taking a back seat on this one, and that is a good thing. This has great depth and mouthfeel to it. This is fantastic!
