(16 oz can, 09/17/2025; purchased cold 4 pack at the brewery earlier tonight... poured into a FW pils glass)
Can't hold a head, but it did better served on tap in a tulip at the brewery earlier. Nearly polished pale straw gold... earthy, human aromas; bit of musk and pungent, perfumy spice... subtly coriander nutty floral edge in the near background with a vaguely almond sandie cookie malt base; moderately mineral up front, then again in the aftertaste... clean, crisp mouthfeel; taut texture, spicy stun and carbonic simmer in the aft, soft smoky warmth tingling the palate... tastes like a tuned up table beer; somehow more fresh and impactful on tap; good for a distracted session (2450)
