A single (french oak) barrel version of Batch One that sat in the employee break area for a few months with our house mixed culture of wild yeast and bacteria. Hand bottled in green 750ml bottles. Lively and lovely!

Poured from tap at Monkish in Anaheim. Pours an opaque yellow with a very thin layer of white head. The nose is lemon, funk, and some vanilla. The taste is sour grapes, lemon, grass, and some fruit. Vinous. Funky. Dry. Excellent beer overall.
